“Crows & Ravens” Opens With Artist Reception

“Crows & Ravens” exhibit features work from more than a dozen Northwest artists.

Art has been steeped with the imagery, mythology and folklore surrounding the Corvus genus for centuries.
Our Holiday exhibit, “Crows and Ravens” is no exception – .

Tom Anderson, Dave & Boni Deal, Kristen Etmund, Doyle Fanning, Sara Gettys, Jonathan Happ, Beki Killorin, Christopher Mathie, Chris Maynard, Graham Schodda and Judith Smith have all come together in “Crows & Ravens”  – a full spectrum of style, imagery and technique celebrating these beautiful, intelligent and often misunderstood birds. This large body of work by over a dozen local artists includes mixed media, raku pottery, woodblock prints, photo collage, carved board, oils, hand enhanced giclee, feather cuts, etched metal, lithographs, pastels and more.

Childhood’s End Gallery always makes sure to have a nice selection of American made work featuring crows and ravens including  jewelry, tiles, coasters, pottery, mobiles, cards and much more. Take time to stroll the entire shop, as we have many items with imagery of these fascinating, ebony creatures.
