“Northwest Landscapes” is the subject for our upcoming exhibit running August 25th through September 30th. We will be featuring oils from Cal Capener, watercolors by Julie Creighton & Beverly Fotheringham, glass from Bob Heath and acrylics from Paul Lewing. An Artist’s Reception will be held for the exhibit opening on Friday, August 30th from 5-7pm.

This exhibit coincides with one of Olympia’s favorite festivals, Harbor Days. Don’t miss out on visiting the historic Sandman tug boat, encountering a pirate on the Lady Washington, sand sculptures and more, all building up to Sunday’s Historic Tugboat races. Be sure to check out the Plein Air “Urban Sketchers” – local artists in action along Percival Landing during Harbor Days on Saturday. You don’t want to miss coming Downtown for this event!

You still have this weekend to view or “Small Works” show with over 80 smaller scale paintings, prints and sculpture up through Sunday, August 25th.
