Join us in congratulating gallery artist, Barbara Noonan, who was featured in the February issue of The Pastel Journal with a beautiful eight page article. She strives to simplify the landscape to its essential elements and is careful not to reveal too much. Her soft pastel paintings begin with blurred recollections, sometimes photographs shot from a moving car. Barbara finishes her watercolor underpaintings with layer upon layer of luscious pastel.
