50 works of art from 38 artists, in the Women Painters of Washington Exhibit
The much anticipated Women Painters of Washington exhibit is almost here. This is the second time we have been fortunate enough to host this juried show, featuring 5o paintings by 38 women artists from our state.
Women Painters of Washington is an association of professional female artists from all corners of Washington state, whose mission it is to present & promote the Arts. Through encouragement for each other & involvement in the community, Women Painters of Washington works to foster higher achievement and recognition for those in the Arts. If you have interests in all types of media and imagery, this show is not to be missed. Bring your curiosity and imagination with you as you will see watercolors, oils, pencil, sumi, encaustics, pastels and more depicting landscapes, abstracts, still life, figurative work, wildlife and botanicals. To view the visions of these many talented artists and their diverse creations together in one setting is truly powerful and enlightening. Be sure to allow a little extra time to take it all in.
The exhibit begins Friday August 4th, and runs through September 16th.
