We had a fantastic Arts Walk thanks to all of the folks who came downtown to get a glimpse of hometown talent. Now we are looking forward to Mother’s Day weekend, the Wooden Boat Festival and of course Girls Night Out.
We have so many great ideas for Moms, including the darling little bird’s nest painting pictured from Kristen Etmund. What mom wouldn’t love it! Stop in to see more paintings from Kristen, Cal Capener and Carla Paine, sculpture from Babette Harvey and wood carved paintings by Sara Gettys. Purchase a goodie bag for Girls Night Out from a participating business and spend a whole weekend shopping, dining and experiencing Downtown Olympia.
