Cary Lane Cups & Bowls
Seriously, these are about the cutest darn cups and bowls – EVER!
This pottery line created by Washington artist, Cary Lane, is cheery, lighthearted and a little off the wall. Each piece, with it’s own silly, little character – chickens, a dog, cat, bird, panda, even an armadillo, is accented with cheery colors and a playful background. These are sweet enough for kids and kooky enough for adults. They may even encourage a picky eater to finish a meal just to find the sweet surprise at the bottom. And as for us grownups, they will definitely make your popcorn, ice cream and tea taste even better.
Remember, Arts Walk is just a couple of weeks away – April 24th and 25th. As usual, we will spotlight amazing local art including photographs by Arts Walk cover artist, Duncan Green, framed mixed media fiber from Marie Hassett, paintings by Carla Paine and Xiagang Zhu, and ceramics from Don Sprague. We will have live music Friday night from 6 – 9, so don’t miss out on the excitement!
