Often times, we have customers who fall in love with a framed wall piece and assume it is a stretch for their wallets. Actually, many of our framed works are high quality art prints. Since these pieces are technically an impression rather than a reproduction, each is considered an original. Because the artist is able to create prints in multiples, usually a limited edition, they are able to market them at a price most households can afford.

Generally, Childhood’s End print options focus on regional artists that we have shown in prior exhibits and gained respect in our community. Currently, we have linoleum block prints by Washington artist, Yoshiko Yamamoto. Vibrant colors featuring familiar plants, wildlife and landscapes are beautifully set into handsome, Craftsman style, dark oak frames. While we have several framed prints by Yamamoto, there are even more options available unframed, as well as her lovely art cards.
